Having been born and raised in the Piedmont of North Carolina, I was brought up around domesticated farm animals and aged, rickety agriculture equipment. As a result, tractor logos, feed bags, and caution signs (a few of which went entirely overlooked) served as early visual influences. It was a matter of time before I would see my penchant for doodling letter forms and logos through grade school transform into a design degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Since graduating I’ve worked as a graphic designer and prepress technician, as well as a 3D designer for Wrangler Jean Co. in Greensboro, NC.
Much of my personal work involves print in some facet and typically utilizes bright, punchy spot colors. My aesthetic stems from a balance of rough, textured lines meshed with clean, crisp graphics — similar to what you would find on poster art. My artistic focuses include printmaking, sketching, and digital collage.
I represent myself and take on client projects depending on my schedule. Please feel free to reach out with questions, comments, and commissions!
